Do you run an administrative or advisory agency in Madrid whose clients ask for a lawyer? Matrimonialistas proposes a partnership to meet those needs. María Morales Elbaz is a Madrid Bar lawyer with 25 years of experience in family law, criminal law and inheritance matters. You can offer clients her contact details. If they wish to consult her, a meeting can be arranged at your agency, online or at her Madrid office, subject to location and availability. Before accepting a matter, she checks potential conflicts of interest and explains the service and fees. The agency retains its usual client relationship, while María provides independent, confidential legal advice. The partnership does not grant automatic access to client files. From first contact to client support
- Introduce the professional. The client contacts María or authorises the coordination of an appointment.
- Agree on a meeting place. Subject to location and availability, María can meet the client at your agency. Online appointments and meetings at her Madrid office are also available.
- Review the proposed engagement. María checks availability and potential conflicts of interest and explains the service and fees before the client engages her.
- Provide legal advice. María handles the legal matter while the agency maintains its usual client relationship.
Meetings at your office require an appointment and a private space that protects confidentiality. This does not imply a permanent office or automatic availability for travel.
A clear professional agreement
The scope, coordination and financial terms are set out in a prior written agreement. The client engages María directly and receives information on the fees and relevant arrangements, without a referral surcharge.
María retains professional independence. A partnership does not automatically give the agency access to client files, documents or conversations. Please do not send client details or documents in your initial enquiry.
