Criminal complaint
Communication to the competent authority of facts that may have criminal relevance, so that the corresponding action can be assessed.
What should be taken into account
Reporting facts does not mean that they are declared proven or that there is a conviction. It is convenient to distinguish complaint, investigation, accusation and resolution.

Copy of the complaint, attached documents, subpoenas and communications received.
