Maintenance adjustments and the Consumer Price Index
Review of the amount of a pension in accordance with the formula, periodicity and date established by the applicable agreement or resolution. The CPI is one of the indices that can be used.
What should be taken into account
There is no single rule that allows any pension to be updated without first reading its clause. It is advisable to separate the initial amount, each review and the payments made.
